By using Eventoscope (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don’t agree with any part of them, please don’t use the Site.
Eventoscope is a directory of continuing professional development (CPD) events for healthcare professionals. We list events found through research or submitted by organisers — we are not the organiser of any event on the Site, and we are not affiliated with the organisations running them unless we say otherwise.
Event details on Eventoscope — including dates, fees, CPD hours, venues, and descriptions — are gathered through research or submitted by organisers, and may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Details can change at any time, sometimes without notice reaching us.
Always confirm an event’s details directly with the organiser or on the event’s official website before making plans, paying a fee, or otherwise relying on what’s shown here. Eventoscope is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate, outdated, or changed event information.
You may use Eventoscope to search for and learn about events. You agree not to misuse the Site — for example, by trying to disrupt it, scraping or copying its content at scale, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
If you create an organiser account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login details confidential — you’re responsible for activity that happens under your account. Accounts are for organisations submitting real events, not for personal or unrelated use.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms. You can ask us to close your account and delete your data at any time — see our Privacy Policy.
If you submit an event — as an organiser or otherwise — you’re responsible for making sure the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We review submissions before they go live, but this review doesn’t guarantee the information is complete or correct, and we may edit or remove listings at our discretion.
By submitting event content, you grant Eventoscope a licence to display, format, and promote it on the Site for as long as the listing remains live.
Eventoscope links to organiser websites and other third-party sites for further information. We don’t control these sites and aren’t responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability.
The Eventoscope name, logo, and site design belong to Eventoscope. Event content submitted by organisers or gathered from public sources remains the property of its respective owners.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eventoscope is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We aren’t liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or reliance on information found on it, including event details that turn out to be inaccurate or outdated.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
