If you’re just browsing event listings — searching, filtering, viewing an event or organiser page — no cookies are set at all. You don’t need an account to use Eventoscope as a visitor.
When an organiser or the site owner logs in to manage events, we set a small number of essential authentication cookies. These keep you signed in as you move between pages and let the Site tell your browser apart from someone else’s. They’re removed when you log out, and don’t track your activity for any purpose beyond keeping you logged in.
Since the only cookies we set are strictly necessary for logged-in accounts to function, blocking them will simply prevent you from staying logged in as an organiser or site owner — it won’t affect browsing the public event listings. Most browsers let you view, manage, and delete cookies through their settings.
